The small print…
No replacements
Due to the sheer volume of customers we won’t be offering refunds or exchanges unless the goods are faulty. Please make sure you don’t confuse our 20-hour candles for any other product as we can’t exchange them.
Your basket can be emptied
As we’ve already mentioned, your items aren’t ‘confirmed’ if they’re in your basket. In the past we’ve had disappointed customers because they paused before purchasing (to browse extra products, or to find their credit card details), only to find out the system allocated their candles to another customer.
This happens when the stock is low - we can’t do anything about it. So don’t delay - add your candles to the basket, and then buy straight away.
That’s why we suggest having your card all set up so you don’t have to spend time inputting your details.
If you’re getting in touch on Saturday
We might not be able to reply to your messages. Candle Fest is fast and busy and the sheer volume of orders means it’s all hands on deck to deal with them.
We’ll do our best to get back in touch with you in 48 hours.
No limits on purchases
We’ve removed shopping limits on our Candle Fest candles, but we recommend choosing no more than 10 per scent so everybody can get a chance to enjoy the discounts.
