Our diffusers are made with the same high-quality ingredients, but we use 3 x the amount of fragrance. Remember, a diffuser scents your home 24 hours a day and can last up to 10 whole weeks. 

No, these are Porex eReeds and are designed not to clog. Porex eReeds offer a modern alternative that uses cutting edge science whilst retaining the look and feel we love. We do recommend after six weeks to flip them once a week, for optimum performance. 

At least 10 weeks.

JoJo Co. does not provide a refill system at present. Fresh reeds would be required upon a refill as after 10 weeks they are completely saturated and do not diffuse the scent as effectively.

We have tested our diffusers on most surfaces and furniture and no damage has been caused. However, your surface may be different so please be cautious. Wherever possible, place your diffuser on a coaster or base plate (check out our Scottish Oak Collection if you’d like a JoJo Co. base).

JoJo Co. candles are made with 100% soy wax, a processed form of soybean oil. It’s cleaner to burn and has no petrol-carbon soot like other candles. Soy wax has no toxins, carcinogens or pollutants, which makes it less likely to trigger allergies. Soy candles are longer lasting than soy alternatives like paraffin, because the wax burns cooler, giving you 30-50% longer use than our competitors.

These can be easily cleaned and used for other uses you may have or recycled.

Trimming the wicks will keep the candle burning without any black soot and it will give your candle a longer burn time.  Trim your wick after each burn, trim ideally to ¼ inch.

The first burn is the most important - the candle wax must pool to the edge on the initial burn. We always like to remind people that wax has memory, meaning that if your candle doesn't burn to the edges, it will begin to tunnel and won't burn evenly the next time. We recommend a minimum two hour first burn on all our 65 hour candles.

Never leave a candle burning if it’s within reach of children or animals. And never leave a candle burning unattended as they are obviously fire hazards. 

Our candles are made with 100% soy wax and are therefore toxin-free so they are safe to burn in the same room as children and animals, so long as all safety precautions have been taken.

We don’t have the capacity to do this but perhaps this is something we could consider in the future if we expanded. We do encourage repurposing our containers.

Scrape out the wick and remaining wax and then use hot soapy water to fully clean jar.

Our soy wax is 100% natural soy wax, which is a renewable resource that is biodegradable and sustainable. Unlike traditional paraffin wax, soy wax burns cleanly and produces minimal soot and smoke, making it a healthier and safer option for you and your family.

We provide the option to include a free environmentally friendly gift bag and tag with every order. We can hand-write the tag for you (for free) if you let us know at check out what you’d like it to say.
