Wedding Favour FAQ

Each wedding favour candle is 50mm tall and 43mm wide - perfectly sized to sit beautifully on a place setting and slip easily into a guest's bag or pocket. They burn for 8+ hours, filling a room with fragrance long after your wedding day.

We recommend ordering at least 6 weeks before your wedding day so your favours arrive fresh and perfect. You can place your order up to a year in advance - we'll be in touch around two months before your date to confirm all the details and sign off your label proof before we begin production.

If you're working to a tight timeline, please get in touch before placing your order so we can talk through what's possible. We'll always do our best to help.

Unfortunately we're unable to fulfil orders within 2 weeks of a wedding date, as we wouldn't have enough time to do your favours justice. Please get in touch and we'll see if there's anything we can do.

Always. We'll send you a digital proof of your label by email before we print a single thing - so you can relax knowing every detail is exactly right.

Our standard minimum order is 30 favours, but if your guest list is smaller just get in touch and we'll do our best to help. Please use our contact page to arrange this.

Up to three lines of text. Less is more - white space looks beautiful on a small candle label, and we'll always show you a proof so you can see exactly how it looks before anything goes to print.

Absolutely - mix and match freely across your whole guest list. Simply add each scent separately to your cart, setting the quantity for each one as you go.

Yes! We offer a bespoke service called Scent Your Wedding - personally curated for you by Jo. From ceremony diffusers to reception table candles, we have years of experience in how to fragrance a wedding space gently and effectively, creating a scent memory of your special day that perfectly complements your favours. Free. All wedding favour orders come with free delivery anywhere in the UK - no minimum spend required. If you're local to Fife, you're also very welcome to collect from our studio in Burntisland.

By special courier, fully tracked. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched, and delivery typically takes up to 5 working days within the UK.

Wedding favours are made to order and dispatched approximately one month before your wedding date, so they arrive in perfect condition with plenty of time to spare.

Yes - we ship worldwide. Please get in touch for an international delivery quote before placing your order.

Yes, as long as your order hasn't gone into production yet. Please let us know of any changes as soon as possible and we'll update your proof.

You can cancel and receive a full refund up to two months before your wedding date - before production has begun. If you're unsure about your numbers or timeline, please get in touch and we'll always try to find the best solution for you.

We're so sorry if this happens. We're unable to accept returns on personalised items, so we'd strongly recommend taking out wedding insurance which can cover costs like these. Please get in touch and we'll do everything we can to help.

As each order is personalised and handmade to order, we're unable to accept returns unless the products are faulty. We recommend rounding up slightly rather than over-ordering - and our team is always happy to help you work out the right quantity before you place your order.
